I am an interdisciplinary artist & coach based in London, UK.

In my creative practice I specialise in storytelling, sound, voice and music. I compose music for drama, documentary, installation & performance, and have produced many celebrated documentaries for BBC Radio & international networks. I work in socially-engaged arts and am passionate about the transformative power of the arts to influence health and wellbeing. I love to research, experiment and play using visual arts, writing, puppetry, improvisation and movement within my practice and process.
My coaching practice is grounded in International Coaching Federation (ICF) training. I work to evoke creativity, authenticity, playfulness and imagination while creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore ideas and solutions for professional and personal topics and challenges.
I enjoy learning and sharing knowledge and ideas. Along the way I’ve accumulated qualifications in arts and in education, I have a background and training in performance arts, an MA in composing for film, and a practice research PhD entitled Music, Narrative, Voice and Presence. Helping others learn and fulfil their potential is central to my creative practice. I am a qualified educator and have amassed many skills and techniques to design and offer responsive workshops, training, mentoring and consulting.
The guiding principles of my practice are
Listening, finding voice & being heard while working with the wisdom of the body.
Accessing creativity to support growth, connection, learning, health & wellbeing.
Building inclusive, health-centred practices,
Working with awareness of ourselves, the community, and the planet.
Awards + Support: PRS Women Make Music, Arts Council + National Lottery funded, BBC Radio Drama Composer-in-Residence, Phonurgia Nova Award.
